Option 1: Delete directly in the app (instant)

You can permanently delete your account at any time, without contacting support:

  1. Open Apex AI and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to the account section and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

If you're asked to sign in again first, that's a security check required before permanently deleting your account — simply sign back in and repeat the steps above.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you're unable to access the app, email jack@sdsau.ai from the address associated with your account and request deletion. Please include the email or sign-in method (Apple, Google, or email) used to create your account.

What is deleted

  • Your account and sign-in credentials.
  • Your saved History, including generated trade ideas and rationales.
  • Uploaded chart images associated with your account.
  • Subscription and profile information linked to your account.

Timing and limited exceptions

In-app deletion requests are processed immediately. Email requests are typically completed within 30 days.

We may retain minimal records (such as transaction receipts required by Apple/Google for subscriptions, or logs needed to prevent fraud and abuse) for a limited period where required by law, even after account deletion. This data is not used for any other purpose.
