  • Generated ideas: Trade ideas and rationales produced from your images. You may optionally save these to your History.

b. Technical & Usage Data

  • Device type, OS version, browser/app version, and general usage events for reliability and improvement.
  • Log data such as request timestamps and error codes.

c. Account Information (if applicable)

  • Basic identifiers (e.g., email) used to enable features like History sync and support.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide Apex AI functionality (image analysis and trade idea generation).
  • To enable optional History saving and retrieval of your generated ideas.
  • To improve accuracy and reliability using aggregated, de-identified analytics.
  • To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.

We may use third-party services to process images and operate the app (e.g., cloud AI providers, analytics). These services process data according to their own privacy policies.

We strive to transmit data securely and minimize the personally identifiable information shared with third parties.

  • Images uploaded for analysis are processed to generate ideas. We aim to avoid retaining raw images beyond what’s necessary for processing.
  • Generated ideas saved to History are retained until you delete them or request deletion.
  • Technical logs may be retained for a limited period to ensure reliability and security.

Apex AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
